INTRODUCTION

  • You understand that completing the free trial signup form and submitting it electronically (through the appropriate button) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • You acknowledge that the free trial of the Service will become effective only upon receipt of the activation confirmation sent by Easy Reviews Systems Limited via e-mail (the “Welcome Email”).

  • You confirm that you have read and accepted, without reservation, all the provisions of this document.

  • You have understood the economic conditions, features, and your rights and obligations under these Terms.

  • Customer: A natural or legal person using the Service for business purposes.

  • Free Trial: A 30-day free access period to the Service, requiring no payment method to begin.

  • Subscription: The paid service activated after the free trial, requiring payment details.

  • Form: The online form used to register for the free trial.

  • Welcome Email: The confirmation email sent upon acceptance into the Free Trial.

SUBJECT

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform owned by Easy Reviews Systems Limited. Acceptance of the Terms is required to access and use the Free Trial and any subsequent paid Subscription.

FREE TRIAL

  • The Free Trial lasts for 30 (thirty) consecutive days.

  • No credit card or payment information is required to begin the Free Trial.

  • At any time during or after the Free Trial, the Customer may choose to upgrade to a paid Subscription by providing valid payment details.

  • The Customer will not be charged unless they actively opt to subscribe to the paid service.

OPERATION OF THE SERVICE

Easy Reviews Systems Limited provides Customers access to tools that allow:

  • Aggregation and management of public reviews.

  • Sending review requests via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Displaying reviews through widgets on Customer websites.

  • Monitoring and analyzing review metrics.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION

  • Customers must complete the free trial signup form to access the Service.

  • Upon conclusion of the 30-day Free Trial, customers must enter valid billing information to continue using the Service under a paid Subscription.

  • Failure to provide payment details after the trial will result in termination of access.

PAID SUBSCRIPTION

  • Customers who elect to subscribe after the Free Trial will be charged according to the pricing plan selected.

  • Billing is monthly or annually, depending on the Customer’s choice.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled by the Customer before the renewal date.

CANCELLATION

  • Customers can cancel their Subscription at any time by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button within their account dashboard.

  • No charges apply if cancellation occurs during the Free Trial.

  • After Subscription activation, cancellations prevent future billing but do not refund already-paid periods.

USE OF THE SERVICE

Customers agree to:

  • Use the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

  • Provide accurate account information and update it as necessary.

  • Avoid any misuse, including unauthorized access, reproduction, or dissemination of the platform or its content.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, including intellectual property rights, in the platform, its features, content, and branding belong exclusively to Easy Reviews Systems Limited.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

AMENDMENTS

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
